Payments & Commercial Terms

Fees are agreed upfront

Work is not outcome-dependent

Delays in payment may lead to pause in services.

Review & Acceptance

Once work is delivered:

You are expected to review it promptly
Continued use indicates acceptance
If no feedback is received within a reasonable period (typically 5 working days), it is considered accepted

Data & Inputs

Our work depends on the information you provide.

You are responsible for:

Accuracy of data
Completeness of inputs
Legal rights to use the data

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Data, Analytics & Insights

Dashboards, reports, and analytics are meant to guide—not guarantee.

They are:

They should not be treated as:

Final decisions

AI & Automation
